The Tavern has become a favorite among local corporations for their business entertainment.

The Tavern - Dining Room

Lunch Menu

 
Prime Rib Sandwich
Six ounces of slow cooked prime rib, with lettuce, tomato, and
Swiss cheese. Served with horseradish sauce and au jus,
and accompanied with chips.
Kassler Rippchen
One German smoked pork loin, served with
spaetzle and red cabbage.
Grilled Chicken Salad
Mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, and carrots topped with a
grilled chicken breast and served with a choice of salad dressing.
Dressing choices include; Honey Dijon, Garlic Parmesan,
Bleu Cheese or Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Daily Pasta Special
Our Chef's selection of pasta tossed with asparagus and topped
with shrimp or chicken; also available vegetarian style.
Black & Bleu Angus Burger
˝ pound of ground Angus filet tenderloin topped with bleu cheese
and drizzled with port wine reduction. Served on a Kaiser roll
and accompanied with chips.

Lunch cost is $20 per person and includes the selections above,
bread, non-alcoholic drinks, tax & gratuity. Lunch must be
pre-ordered at least three days in advance unless
other arrangements have been made.
Desserts are available for $6.00 each.

Large parties will be served our homemade
Garlic Parmesan dressing on the side.

All items on the menu can be tailored to any individual,
according to taste or dietary requirements within
limits of the kitchen. Just ask your server.

All entrees include salad and most include
starch of the day or vegetable medley.
 
Entrees
Chicken Saltimbocca- Two Breaded Chicken Breasts Stuffed with
Spinach, Proscuitto Parmesan, Almond and Herb Puree. Topped
with Tarragon Béchamel.  $26.00
Kassler Rippchen- Two German Smoked Pork Loins Served with
Spaetzle, Beef Mushroom Gravy and Red Cabbage.  $27.00
Wienerschnitzel- Pan-Fried Breaded Veal Cutlets Served with
Spaetzle, Beef Mushroom Gravy and Red Cabbage.  $30.00
Baked Salmon-  Baked Salmon stuffed with tomatoes, spinach and 
Feta cheese. Served over Basmati rice and grilled asparagus, finished 
with an herb compound butter.  $29.00
Crab Cakes- Imperial Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Meat, Onions, Red
Peppers. Tossed in an Imperial sauce. Served with a Jalapeno
Cilantro Mayonnaise.  $33.00
Prime Rib- Slow Roasted Black Angus Prime Ten or Fourteen
Ounce Prime Rib Seasoned to Perfection and Served with a
Horseradish Dill Sauce and Au Jus. Also Available Blackened.
10oz. $25.00  -  14 oz. $27.00
Stuffed Filet Mignon- Eight ounce Filet with a Stuffing of Shrimp,
Bacon, Ricotta, and Herb Cream Cheese. Breaded and Glazed with
a Marsala Reduction.  $37.00
Filet Medallions- Eight ounces of filet tenderloin, sliced into medallions and grilled to order.  $31.00
